Sharing session on the Plain Language Big Book

“Los Altos Pass It on Group is holding this sharing session/group conscience meeting because:

• The plain language draft is complete for the first 164 pages of the Big Book.
• The 93 Delegates from the US & Canada, including our Area 06 Delegate Eric L., will read this draft in April at the AA General Service Conference.
• Delegates will discuss the draft and what action to take on it, for example, whether and how to publish it.
• Our group’s input to Eric is important, specifically:
• What do we want Eric to pay attention to as he reads the draft?
• What are our concerns about a “Plain Language” version of the first 164 pages?
• What questions do we want Eric to raise as the delegates discuss this new tool?
